1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a recruit that is graduating from RTC Great Lakes. The recruit’s graduation date must be after the giveaway period has closed. Employees of Sandboxx, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sponsor: Sandboxx Inc., 4200 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, Virginia, 22203.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Begins 08/01/2024 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on 08/31/2024 at 11:59 PM EDT.
4. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, as outlined below:
   • Primary Entry Method: Participants must join the Sandboxx Community platform here: https://community.sandboxx.us/join?invitation_token=3a78a663e838c9b9d4b2508db98317675e9181ab-9e0ee11e-284b-4485-99ca-65fbf3e81c10 (the “Sweepstakes Site”). To qualify for entry into the Sweepstakes, participants are required to make a minimum of three (3) substantive posts within the Sandboxx Community during the Sweepstakes Period. Each post must contribute constructively to community discussions to be considered valid.
     1. Entry Confirmation: Upon completion of the three required posts, participants will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries will be verified by the Sponsor to ensure compliance with the participation criteria.
     2. Participation Tracking: The Sponsor’s system will track post submissions and timestamps to confirm each participant’s compliance with the entry requirements. Entries that do not meet the criteria of three substantive posts will not be eligible for the drawing.
   • Alternative Method of Entry: To ensure all interested parties have an opportunity to participate, you may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a 3×5 card with your full name, address, date of birth, and telephone number to: Sandboxx Sweepstakes Alternate Entry, 4200 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203. Each mail-in entry must be handwritten and mailed separately in a stamped envelope.
   • If you do not have a Sandboxx and/or Sandboxx Community account, establishing an account is free. All Sandboxx terms apply (as applicable).
   • A maximum of one (1) Prize may be awarded per person, per Sandboxx account in connection with the Sweepstakes. Purported Entries that are incorrect or incomplete, received outside the Sweepstakes Period, or that contain obscene, offensive, or any other language communicating messages inconsistent with the positive images with which Sponsor wishes to associate itself (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be void and disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors, or other issues that may affect the ability to locate or record a purported Entry. 
   • Sandboxx may not be able to view or record purported Entries, receive or send communications, or otherwise detect participation from or interact with potential Participants who have Sandboxx Community account settings that make their comments, posts or communications private, protected, or otherwise limited, in which case any such purported Participant will be disqualified and ineligible to receive a Prize. 
   • Normal Internet access and phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Each Entry and registration form entry (if applicable) must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual Participant; automated and/or repetitive submission of Participation Actions or registration forms (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified.
5. Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE AWARDED PER ENTRY PERIOD: The Grand Prize consists of a $500Visa gift card, which can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Terms and conditions apply to the use of the gift card, as specified by the issuer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or around 10/01/2024. The winner will be notified by email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately 2 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
   • NOTE ABOUT MOBILE DATA AND MESSAGING CHARGES: When you participate in the Sweepstakes via a mobile device and/or download or transmit data via your mobile device, data and messaging rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions.
   • Verified Prize winner(s) will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on Prize(s) and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize and must provide Sponsor with a valid social security number if requested for tax reporting purposes. All expenses associated with the receipt and use of a Prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winners. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, or those outside of Sponsor’s control. If the fulfilling merchant cancels the order for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, the Prize will not be delivered and no additional compensation will be provided. Potential winners are subject to verification and may be required to sign and return to Sponsor for its receipt within three (3) business days an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release for receipt by Sponsor by the due date indicated in the notification message. If any required documents are not timely received by Sponsor, or if any message or mail intended for a winner is returned as undeliverable, then the applicable Prize may be forfeited. Any request related to lost, mutilated, missing, unclaimed or stolen Prize(s) must be received within 14 days of notification of winning or will be ignored.
7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by the Sponsor.
9. Liability and Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sandboxx and its respective parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.
10. Dispute Resolution: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
11. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available on the Sponsor’s website.
12. Severability: If any term of provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Winners List: For Sweepstakes results send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sandboxx Sweepstakes Winner List, 4200 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203 within 60 days after the promotion end date.
